On December 18, 2024, the Architecture ＆ Design Collection Awards announced the winners for the year 2024.

Works by X+Living Architecture and Interior Design, Tianjin Zhongshuge received the Platinum Award in the Architecture category for Renovation and Restoration; MINISO LAND was awarded the Platinum Award in the Interior category for Retail & Commercial Interior. Both projects were the only built works to receive the Platinum Award in their respective categories.

The Architecture ＆ Design Collection Awards, hosted by Architecture Collection magazine and the Architecture and Design Community (ADC), is a prestigious global competition that emphasizes creativity and excellence in the fields of design and architecture and is one of the most well-known awards in the industry.
