Recently, the highly anticipated global design competition—the International Design Awards (IDA) —announced its list of winners. Two commercial space projects jointly created by X+Living and Deji Group stood out, securing a place among the winners alongside world-renowned firms such as Foster + Partners, Aedas, Perkins&Will, and Gensler. This achievement once again highlights the exceptional accomplishments and industry leadership of both parties in the artistic innovation of commercial spaces.

The 「Deji Plaza Phase II 4F Commercial&Art Bazaar」received a Silver Award in the Retail/Shopping Centers category under Commercial Interior Design.

The 「Deji Plaza Phase I, Floor 6 Washroom」 received a Bronze Award in the Creative Space Design category under Commercial Interior Design.

Winning these two awards is not only a high recognition from the international design community for X+Living’s groundbreaking creative vision and Deji Group’s outstanding commercial foresight but also a testament to the fruitful results of their joint commitment to exploring the artistic transformation of commercial spaces.
